Steel Daisy will employ our best efforts to keep credit card information secure. When your credit card information is submitted to the Steel Daisy shopping site, it is encrypted while it travels to us through cyberspace.  Once we have verified that the credit card is valid and we have obtained an authorization number, the credit card information is deleted from our system.  This does mean you will need to provide your credit card information each time you order.

Our technical support team (John) endeavors to make this site as secure as possible, but as with every on-line shopping site, the system is reliant on the security of our Internet Service Provider, our website hosting service and the world wide web network, none of which can guarantee 100% security.

Return Policy

If the item you have ordered is not the right color or size it may be exchanged.

If you are not satisfied with your Steel Daisy purchase you may return it within 30 days and exchange it for an equivalent item or obtain a refund for the purchase price.

Advertising Policy

Steel Daisy advertising philosophy is to focus on building relationships with current customers and advertising to potential customers who we think will like Steel Daisy products.  We use e-mail messages to tell our registered customers about new products and special offers but try to avoid the overuse of e-mail. Customers who do not wish to receive regular Steel Daisy e-mail messages can ask to be removed from the list - we will do so immediately.
