Shopping On-Line at Steel Daisy
A little nervous about on-line shopping?

What if you make a mistake or want to change your mind?

This section will walk you through the Steel Daisy on-line shopping process so you will know the steps and what to expect.

Let's say you want to buy a Steel Daisy ring
  - from the opening page click on "Shopping"

 The steel daisy shopping page appears where you then choose "Rings" from the left category menu

 The Rings page opens and you decide you would like to order the R10 ring.  Click on Ring w/ sterling silver wire R10

 The R10 Ring page opens.  You can now customize your ring by choosing the style and color of beads you would like.

 

Click customize design.

 The first decision is how many rings do you want to order.  1 is already selected so you don't need to change the number unless you want two or more rings exactly the same.

The second decision is your ring size - sizes range from 4 to 9.5.

The next decision is bead choices. Choose a large bead for your design  The drop down menu lists all the choices.  You can view all the bead choices by clicking on "View Large Beads" or "View Small Beads" just below the bead selection boxes

You choose a large miracle bead - pink for your large bead and then go to the next box and you choose a small miracle bead - white for your small beads.

You decide you don't want a third color of bead

You've now finished customizing your ring selection.  If you want to change your mind you can just go back to "The Shop" page and start over again.

If you're happy with your customizing, click on add to cart.

 This screen now pops up. If you want to continue shopping you just select another ring category from the menu on the right or another item category from the category menu on the left.

If you are ready to purchase your ring choice, go to "To complete your order click here to check out"

 If you are a new user click on "You are a new user" and then "Sign in"

(Those of you who have already registered know the routine!)

 This form will pop up asking for your basic contact information. It also asks you for a password.

Once you have completed all the fields click on "continue"

 You will now be asked if you want the Steel Daisy item(s) delivered to you at the address you provided on the previous screen or to a different address.

If you want the order delivered to the address you provided on the registration form, just click on "Deliver to my registered address"

 This page gives you a Final Review of Order and a Review of Billing and Delivery information. 

It is also the page where you complete your credit card information. Steel Daisy does not store credit card information so you will need to submit your card number each time you order.

There is a Delete button in the Final review of order section - if you decide you don't want this item.

There are also Edit buttons beside the billing and delivery addresses as well - if you made a mistake you can correct it now.

 

 

This is where  you can give us any special instructions for your order.

This is the point at which you submit your order.  You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order; if you have made a mistake you can still correct it then by sending us a reply to your email confirmation.

The next screen indicates "Your order has been processed" and gives you an order number. You may want to use this number if you need to inquire about your order. That's it - you're done!
